Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that finding the right care solution for elderly loved ones can be overwhelming to navigate. Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions to help guide you through the process…

How much does home care cost?

We provide premium services that are completely tailored to each customer’s unique needs. We also take the wellbeing of our caregivers very seriously, which ensures the absolute highest level of care for your family member.

For these reasons, we may not be the cheapest option when it comes to choosing whom to trust with your loved one’s wellbeing… but we are the best.

Cost truly depends on the level of care that’s needed; with that said, rates usually start at around $450/day.

Again, this rate is subjective, which is why we highly recommend you take advantage of our free 15-minute consultation.

Do you take insurance?

We’re happy to accept long term care insurance, or direct payment. We do not take Medicare, Medicaid, or other types of medical insurance.

Do you provide shorter, hourly care shifts?

No, we do not provide hourly care shifts shorter than 12 hours (See: 24-Hour Care). We take every effort to ensure our clients receive top-notch care from professional, full-time caregivers.

The consistency of live-in care or 24-hour care is safer for our clients’ mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. If you need help deciding, please book a consultation here.

How do you select caregivers?

We carefully hand-select our care team, hiring only the best caregivers in the business.

Our caregivers undergo rigorous nationwide background checks every 6 months, extensive interviewing, practical training, and ongoing education.

We also ensure our caregivers are uniquely prepared to care for memory loss clients. They undergo 8-16 hours of dementia and memory care training to learn:

  • How to respond & react to clients’ needs

  • How to connect & reconnect with their clients

  • Which activities are most stimulating

  • How to engage with clients in challenging behavioral situations

Feel free to ask about our caregiver selection process during your free 15-minute consultation.

What if I have more questions? Can I book a longer consultation?
