Luxury Management Homecare is unique in every way! I had a smoth on boarding process that took less than a week. What thrilled me was pairing me with a client that matched my competencies. The team work is so perfect and unmatched with the agencies I have worked with in time past. I remember on my first case, Gina and Anna kept following up to make sure my journey was progressing as planned and coordinated. Professolionally, the team kept asking how care is progressing with my client and if there were any challenges they could address immediately. I never experienced this with my previous agencies. Working with a company that values my integrity, my performance telling me that I am extraordinary and my worth beyond measure in any worth is a company  to die for. Luxury Management has given me the right tool to navigate their clientele's special needs because they believe each one is unique and each one should be assigned a caregiver who matches one's needs and proclivities. Managers who do the specific pairings of client with the caregiver are the ones who deserve my salute: Carla, Jason, Gina and those who are behind who keep things going. It is really so endearing and fulfilling to know that I belong, that I matter and the sense of pride that even children of the ones I had cared for sent cards showing that they liked how I loved and cared for their parents. After my first phone call went to voicemail, I did not expect to hear back from them but I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my call. They gave me the information I requested and guided me on how to send them the necessary documents. Within a week I had an interview with a family and 2 weeks later started working with my new client.
