LM is a family business run by Certified Alzheimer’s & Dementia trainer Carla Foote.
Carla has built excellent personal relationships across the home care industry, ensuring your family receives only the very best.
Founder & CEO: Carla Foote
Carla has been involved in the home care industry since joining in 2015. After personally caring for her grandfather during his 11 year battle with Alzheimer’s, she knows first hand the toll it can take on the family and especially, the primary caregiver.
Carla has extensive experience in hospitality, management, operations, and understands the ebbs and flows of Home Care. She is a certified Alzheimer’s and Dementia Trainer and Practitioner and is certified in Virtual Dementia Training.
Donna C. Vogel MSN, RN
Donna has over 40 years of experience in acute and chronic care, home and long term care, case management, telehealth, legal nurse consulting, and nursing administration.
Home care has always been Donna’s passion, helping people remain in their home as long as possible. Having worked as a Certified Case Manager (CCM), she has always been a strong advocate for individuals, families, and caregivers.
Business Operations Manager: GinaMarie Medina
GinaMarie is our Business Operations Manager at Luxury Management and a wonderful asset to our team and mission. GinaMarie comes to you with a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service and client services. Her administrative efforts, which are sometimes "behind the scenes" are directly targeted at providing our clients the best care possible. This makes her invaluable to Luxury Management for both the internal operation and the top-notch client experience we strive to provide to all the families we support.
GinaMarie has over 16 years in the food service industry managing customers, accounts, internal operations, and daily outputs. Prior to joining LM, she was the Manager of Operations where she not only rose through the ranks on her own but supported the journey and success of those under her to develop her team.
GinaMarie also has a deep understanding & profound compassion for our clients & their families as she helped care for her grandmother who battled Parkinson’s Disease for 47 years & had developed dementia in the last years of her life. This is a testament to the passion she has for leaving anything she is involved with better after she touches it and why she is an asset to the families we support. Her genuine demeanor and caring nature are never off the clock as she is the loving mother to a soon to be family of 7.
