What thrilled me was pairing me with a client that matched my competencies. The team work is so perfect and unmatched with the agencies I have worked with in time past. I remember on my first case, Gina and Anna kept following up to make sure my journey was progressing as planned and coordinated. Professolionally, the team kept asking how care is progressing with my client and if there were any challenges they could address immediately. I never experienced this with my previous agencies. Fe G159 days agoWorking with a company that values my integrity, my performance telling me that I am extraordinary and my worth beyond measure in any worth is a company to die for. Luxury Management has given me the right tool to navigate their clientele's special needs because they believe each one is unique and each one should be assigned a caregiver who matches one's needs and proclivities. Managers who do the specific pairings of client with the caregiver are the ones who deserve my salute: Carla, Jason, Gina and those who are behind who keep things going. It is really so endearing and fulfilling to know that I belong, that I matter and the sense of pride that even children of the ones I had cared for sent cards showing that they liked how I loved and cared for their parents. John G197 days agoWe utilized the services of Luxury management for a few years. My mother had Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and numerous other medical issues. Every caregiver was professional, caring and truly watched over my mom. We started with a few hours a day and at the end we’re utilizing 24 hour care, and through it all we were never displeased with the service that was given. They gave me the information I requested and guided me on how to send them the necessary documents. Within a week I had an interview with a family and 2 weeks later started working with my new client. I felt like they treated us as human beings in crisis, rather than customers, and really cared about helping not only my mom, but also me, through the process. Natalie F440 days agoI feel very lucky to have found Luxury Management. From my first contact on the phone I felt very listened to and understood. Then I was so impressed with Donna, RN who came to assess my mom She was so kind and compassionate and spent time getting to know my parents. After that, Luxury Management presented me with profiles of caregivers and set up times for me to FaceTime them and get a feel for fit. They helped me manage time changes and scheduling and made sure the aides were appropriate for my mom. They made a very difficult situation a much more manageable experience.
